Products & Handloom Authenticity

All Sambalpuri sarees on Sambalbhoomi are handwoven by skilled artisans. Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, minor variations in colour, weave, and dimensions are natural and not considered defects.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Confirmed orders will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.

Orders & Cancellations

• •Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
• •Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• •We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, with a full refund issued.

Shipping

We ship across India. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days; express delivery takes 1–2 business days. International shipping is not currently available. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for standard stock items, provided the saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Sambalbhoomi and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Sambalbhoomi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products beyond the purchase price paid for the specific order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sambalpur, Odisha.
