Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window for all in-stock sarees. The saree must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with the authentication tag intact.
How to Initiate a Return

Our team will verify eligibility and share a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours

Pack the saree in its original packaging and hand it to the courier

Refund or exchange processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the item
Refund Methods
- ✓Original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) — 5–7 working days
- ✓Sambalbhoomi Store Credit — within 24 hours
- ✓Cash on Delivery orders — bank transfer within 7 working days
Non-Returnable Items
- ✕Custom / made-to-order sarees (unless there is a weaving defect)
- ✕Items returned after 7 days from delivery
- ✕Used, washed, or altered items
- ✕Items without original packaging or authentication tag
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a saree with a weaving defect, incorrect item, or transit damage, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra charge.
