Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. In-stock sarees ship within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery: 3–7 working days pan-India. Express delivery: 1–2 working days (select cities). Custom woven orders: 10–21 working days — estimated timeline communicated at checkout.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders. For a gift packing we charge ₹99.
Packaging
Sarees are wrapped in acid-free tissue, placed in recycled craft paper and sealed in a tamper-evident box. Silk sarees are additionally wrapped in an organic cotton dust bag.
Order Tracking
You will receive an SMS and email with your tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch. All shipments are fully insured against transit damage.
Returns & Exchange
Unused sarees in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Contact contactsambalbhoomi@gmail.com to initiate a return. Custom woven orders are non-returnable unless there is a weaving defect.
